As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with individuals, couples, and families across all life stages—from young adults navigating early adulthood to elders facing life stage transitions. My unique perspective with grief and loss includes the belief that it is not just the time that goes by, but what you do with the time that helps you heal and move forward. I am practical and solution-focused, while also honoring the deeper emotional work that healing requires. I offer in-person sessions and accept most major insurance plans. Currently accepting new clients Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday afternoon/evening hours.
